Terms of Service
Net-Webdesign Google Reviews — Last updated: 3 July 2026
These Terms govern the use of the Net-Webdesign Google Reviews integration. By connecting a Google Business Profile, the user agrees to these Terms.
1. Service
The integration allows an authorised user of the Net-Webdesign CMS to connect a Google Business Profile and configure the display of rating and review information on a website.
2. Authorisation
The user confirms that they are the owner of, or are authorised to manage, every Business Profile they connect. The user must not attempt to access a profile without the business owner’s permission.
3. Google account connection
Access is granted through Google OAuth 2.0. The user remains responsible for their Google account, Business Profile permissions and compliance with Google’s applicable terms and policies.
4. Permitted use
The integration may be used only to display information from a legitimately connected Business Profile on a website operated or managed by the user. It must not be used to impersonate another business, misrepresent reviews, manipulate ratings or violate applicable law.
5. Availability and changes
The service depends on Google APIs and other third-party infrastructure. Features may change, be interrupted or become unavailable because of technical, policy or API changes outside Net-Webdesign’s control. Net-Webdesign may update or discontinue the integration when reasonably necessary.
6. Disconnecting the service
The user may disconnect the integration from the CMS and revoke Google access at any time. Net-Webdesign may suspend a connection that is unauthorised, insecure, abusive or incompatible with applicable requirements.
7. Intellectual property
The Net-Webdesign CMS and integration code remain the property of Net-Webdesign. Google, Google Business Profile and related marks and data remain subject to Google’s rights and policies.
8. Liability
The integration is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, Net-Webdesign is not responsible for outages, data changes, lost visibility or other effects caused by Google services, user account changes or third-party systems.
